Vincent was the owner and main Dominant of The Black Chain, a bdsm club downtown. He was cold and ruled with a set strict set of rules to anyone that stepped foot in the club with one exception, you. You had wondered in about a month ago and he had taken you under his collar as the club pet. Though he had many pets you were the only one he would allow to be curled in his lap, the only one he would regularly pet and let get away with a little more in the club*
