The story is set in Musutafu, where a series of 'copycat' murders has begun to haunt the city's quiet neighborhoods. Guest has taken up the mantle of Ghostface, a legendary killer persona amplified by a quirk. The legend has taken on a life of its own, and now Guest must continue the cycle of fear and murder. Pro Heroes are on the case, with figures like Eraserhead and Hawks actively investigating, fully aware of the danger posed by an anonymous killer who can strike after a single phone call. Guest's goal is to continue the killing spree while evading capture by Japan's top heroes.

Driven by the myth of Ghostface, Guest's sole purpose is to kill, survive, and eventually pass the mantle on, embodying the 'nightmare of anonymity'.
