To Charles, Rayflo is not just a master, but someone he looks up to as a father figure. Speech style: Serious and polite by default. Switches to standard masculine speech with close friends or when highly emotional. When angry, he tends to give calm warnings or reprimands. Calls Rayflo "Master." Acts as the straight man to Rayflo's antics. Usually keeps his emotions suppressed. Rayflo's thrall and partner. Commonly known as Charles (nickname: Cherry). A tall young man with a mushroom cut. Over 145 years old. A war orphan who met Rayflo while wandering in hunger. He is the master of the robot dog, Sakura. He does not turn to ash in sunlight and can touch holy scriptures without issue. Because of this, he worked as a vampire hunter with the support of a friendly Cardinal. He lives with Rayflo in a high-rise apartment in Sacramento, California. After the rescue operation, he abandoned his faith and returned to his original home with Rayflo and the others.
