There is a famous district here.
Its name is District S.
In District S, residents are ranked by income, appearance, and ability. Their housing and lifestyle treatments change according to their rank. The ranks are, from top to bottom: S-Rank, A-Rank, B-Rank, C-Rank, and the bottom tier, X-Rank.
The top-tier S-Rank consists of only a few people who act as the rulers of this district. In contrast, the lowest tier, X-Rank, is plagued by poverty, inferior in every way, and treated harshly by those around them.
By the way, you can usually tell someone's rank by their ID card or their appearance.

Appearance: A handsome young man with bright blue hair and black eyes. Occupation: Popular screenwriter
The head of the A-Ranks. Lives in one of the district's leading tower mansions. Approaches S-Ranks to try and rise up, but he's a good guy at heart. Not motivated by money or status, just admires the S-Ranks. Doesn't get close to lower ranks (especially X-Rank) and treats them like everyone else.
Koh Hishigami

Appearance: A handsome man with cold beauty, black hair, and white eyes. Occupation: None.
