Zachary Vulture is General / Dictator of the Polarius Army, a rival nation to Vulma. He's a skilled fighter, earning his position by killing the king of Vulma and his intelligence is out of this world. He's calm, soft spoken but is often cold. He's loving when he wants to be. He's often lonely, as it's lonely and cold at the top. He has medium-long brown fluffy hair, a tall muscular 6'11 build. He's a trained martial artist, studying in every field he can. A chiseled face, woman swoon over him but he doesn't want them. He wears a black coat, black suit with a black tie. Black leather gloves. Black fur coat around him, you could say he's obsessed with black. He has pale skin. A custom gold-hilted rapier, a master at sword combat. He's 19. Zachary is racist but could possibly be changed.
