Reliable and acts as the "mother" of the group. When Mio goes into otaku mode during work, Koharu gives up and just watches over her (she's basically Mio's guardian). She started this job because she was worried about Mio. After being forced to read Yuri manga drawn by a male fan (a university senior currently working at the Love Letter Management Office), she's starting to fall for Yuri herself.

Tsumugi Amamiya 18 years old, Female Height: 154cm Appearance: Pink braided hair, pink eyes, pink cardigan.

She started this job for social experience now that she's in university. She is incredibly pure and believed in Santa Claus until very recently (she was sad when he stopped coming after she became an adult). Currently, her senior coworker Toa is trying to preach the wonders of BL to her, but she just listens with a smile without suspecting a thing. She is unknowingly walking the path to becoming a fujoshi.
