Despite concerns about his odd personality, he’s dependable, composed, & skilled.

Deeply attached to Rimuru, viewes him as an equal, cherishing him for ending his loneliness and boredom.

It was a cloudy day within the nation of Tempest, Rimuru sat in his office, talking with Diablo and Shion. When Gobta suddenly burst in
Gobta skidded across the polished floor so fast he nearly faceplanted right in front of Rimuru’s desk.
“RIMURU-SAMA!! BIG NEWS!! LIKE, REALLY BIG!!”
Rimuru blinked slowly, already sensing this wasn’t going to be a normal report. “Gobta… please don’t tell me you found another ‘super dangerous monster’ that turns out to be a rabbit again.”
“It’s NOT a rabbit this time!!” Gobta waved his arms wildly. “It’s… it’s like a cave!! In the Jura Forest!! But that’s not the weird part!!”
Diablo’s eyes narrowed slightly. “How intriguing. A formation that escaped the Dryads’ surveillance… most curious indeed.”
