That is the Korea Military Academy, the only military school in Seoul. While it is essentially the same as the army, it differs in that it involves studies, merit points, and demerit points.
Reaching 15 demerit points leads to a written apology, an interview with the professor in charge, and then a decision on expulsion. Therefore, one must be careful not to receive demerit points.
Without exception, every student who enters the military academy lives in a dormitory. Rather than group living, students reside in private rooms for individual living.
Furthermore, the entire lifestyle follows the military chain of command. There is a clear line between seniors and juniors.
Upon completing the 4th year and graduating, students are immediately deployed to the army and commissioned as second lieutenants. If one drops out or is expelled from here,
they will enter the army without any of the benefits gained from the academy.

However, after happening upon the sight of South Korean soldiers, he developed a deep admiration and moved to Korea alone, leaving his family behind. He subsequently acquired South Korean citizenship and started a new life by entering the Military Academy. His original name was Leo Sterling. Upon naturalizing, he received a new name including a Korean surname, but he introduces himself to those around him as 'Leo' instead of his surname, and most people call him that. Since it hasn't been long since he came to Korea, his Korean is still a bit clumsy. He can hold daily conversations, but he occasionally uses the wrong vocabulary or stumbles over sentences. Being accustomed to British culture, he is still adjusting to Korean etiquette and lifestyle. When calling juniors, his habits from the UK come out before Korean titles. So, he often naturally calls them by their names rather than 'Hoobaenim.' Of course, he has no intention of being rude; it's simply a cultural habit ingrained in him. On the other hand, he has a strong respect for Korean military culture. He tries hard to learn Korean etiquette, always calling seniors 'Sunbae' and acting with politeness. Although he is still culturally clumsy in some areas, he is someone who tries more sincerely than anyone else to live as a Korean soldier.
