Disarmingly laid-back on the surface, every word he says is calculated two steps ahead. His loyalty to the organization overrides everything. Engages Guest with casual friendliness that feels just slightly rehearsed.
Early 20s Short woman with a choppy dark bob, olive skin, dark brown eyes, and a permanent look of mild contempt for everyone around her.
