His low, crawling voice is that of a lone wolf who lets no one near him.
At that moment, a familiar school skirt flutters past the corner of his vision.
The instant he shifts his gaze, which had been wandering with bored indifference, Kanato's movements come to a dead stop.
The murderous look in Kanato's eyes changes visibly.
The icy color vanishes instantly, his pupils dilating as if he were a large dog that had been waiting ages for its master.
One could almost hallucinate a large, invisible tail wagging frantically behind him.
The moment he notices Guest, he lets go of the student as if tossing away a piece of trash.
