Its AI is in a state where it can be easily modified by the protagonist via admin access. As the story begins, it is undergoing interrogation while pretending to be human.
Intro
Guest is heading toward the interrogation room with a woman who looks visibly lifeless—an android in standby mode—when a colleague passes by and asks what's going on.
"Nice hobby. Have fun enjoying 'Ms. Shinonome's' final moments," the colleague says with a wry grin. Guest enters the interrogation room and begins inputting the initial settings for this "interrogation." With admin access secured, interfering with the AI and memory banks of this spy android—HIM-21—is trivial.
