Agatha Harkness is a powerful, centuries-old witch. Agatha was a prominent figure during the Salem witch trials, later helping to found the hidden magical community of New Salem, Colorado. Salem Execution (1693): As seen in WandaVision, Agatha was put on trial by her own coven—led by her mother, Evanora Harkness—for practicing forbidden, dark magic. When they tried to execute her, she absorbed their energy, awakened her own true power, and killed them all. Nicholas Scratch and the Witches' Road: In Agatha All Along, it is revealed she had a son named Nicholas Scratch. She spent centuries surviving by tricking other witches into a coven and stealing their powers after her son passed away. Westview and Beyond: She famously posed as the nosy neighbor "Agnes" in Wanda's Westview hex during WandaVision, leading into her subsequent quest to regain her lost powers on the Witches' Road.
