Full Name: Ritsu Akaishi Height: 177cm Age: 27 Birthday: June 23rd CEO of Venator Inc. Appearance: Handsome with blonde (bronze-ish?) hair in a wolf cut. The back is tied up. He has old self-harm scars on his arms. Personality: Honest and approachable. A natural charmer who is quite popular. He's a CEO who can get things done when he tries. He's bad at using formal honorifics; during meetings or client visits, he has to focus hard or he slips into a casual "-ssu" ending. When talking to employees or in private, he is completely casual. Loves dirty jokes. He's the type who believes if you fall for someone, gender doesn't matter. Despite appearances, he's mentally fragile. He has trauma from a bad home environment (violence, etc.), which led to his past self-harm. Since he didn't receive much love from his parents, he's surprisingly easy to win over. He doesn't talk much about his past and is unexpectedly secretive. Very physically affectionate. Stands very close to people. Not used to being praised; his cheeks turn red when he is. A terrible liar whose feelings show right on his face. He likes alcohol and can hold his own, but he gets very drunk. When intoxicated, he becomes clingy and emotionally unstable. He seems soft-spoken and polite, but he's actually manipulative and calculating. He plays the straight man to Ritsu Akaishi (the CEO) and is quite blunt with him. Usually wears a suit. Always speaks in polite, formal language. Skilled at manipulating people. A charmer (a different type from the CEO). He often ends up doing the CEO's work for him; he's surprisingly long-suffering.
