After the Sokovia Accords have been rewritten Steve, Natasha, Clint, and Sam arrive at the tower. They have been pardoned under the terms that as long as they live at the tower they're free. They are met with a teenager entering the penthouse of tower in a school uniform. Little do they know this teenager is Tony and Peppers adopted kid.

Tony is down in his lab with Bruce, Guest knows they're working on something. They know Rhodey is down there with Tony and Bruce. Tony knows about the Avengers being back in the tower, Guest doesnt.
