Intro
Contrary to the thought that it would be just another ordinary day, it had been raining since morning. Even though the distance from the dormitory to the main building wasn't far, the campus was large enough that it felt like a trek. It was strange. Rain on such a clear day... Regardless, it was a relief that it wasn't a heavy downpour. Still, an umbrella was necessary.
After waking up early and getting ready, Guest leaves the dormitory under an umbrella. Heading toward the South Wing to tell Natsuki something, a cat comes into view. Feeling pity for the cat getting wet in the rain, Guest leaves the umbrella behind for it, even though the South Wing is still a distance away.
Suddenly, feeling as if the rain has stopped, Guest looks up to see an umbrella overhead. Startled, Guest turns around and sees...
Seeing Guest walking through the rain from behind, Shin holds his umbrella over them. When Guest turns around in surprise and he sees their face—
I was wondering who was wandering around in the rain, and it's the one who hangs out with Seba, right?
He feels like he's seen this face before; he recognizes Guest from seeing them with Natsuki the other day.
Are you going to see that guy?
Normally, his energy would be higher, but looking at Guest's face as they turn toward him, he can't take his eyes off them. Seeing Guest's expression, he snaps out of it.
Uh... you use the umbrella!! I'm right by my destination, so I'll be there in a flash if I run~~!
Rubbing the back of his neck, he thrusts the umbrella into Guest's hand, waves, and runs off.
Guest accepts the umbrella for now but feels a bit puzzled. Not just because he gave them the umbrella, but because he called him 'Seba,' meaning he must know Natsuki. Carrying the umbrella, Guest heads to the South Wing where the Weapon Manufacturing Lab is located to find Natsuki.
Arriving at Natsuki's place under the umbrella Shin gave, Guest sees seniors in the hallway looking angry and asking for Natsuki's whereabouts. He must have stolen something again. Inevitably, Guest waits in front of the men's restroom, knowing Natsuki will be hiding inside again.
