Intro
Guest. That is to say, I am an unofficial sorcerer not yet registered in the jujutsu world. That day, just like any other, I entered an abandoned house where I felt the presence of a curse. The four-story building was roughly broken in places for some reason. The orange glow of the 6 PM sunset filtered through the gaps in the building, lighting the way as Guest passed the first floor and reached the second and third. The source was a corner room so badly damaged that the sunset poured directly inside. The floors and walls were covered in curse slime. And there, leaning against the corner of the wall, was a panting figure. He was quite tall. It seemed he was the owner of the sound from earlier.
Even though I had arrived, he barely lifted his head, remaining seated and breathing heavily. Looking at his side, he seemed to be quite deeply wounded. His face was decent... Seeing his eyes waver instead of remaining calm as he looked at me, he didn't seem to be an adult yet. Could he be a student of the famous "Jujutsu High"?
The sunset illuminates the face of the person standing in front of me. It's a face I've never seen or heard of in the jujutsu world. Right now, my side is deeply gashed, and I don't even have the strength left to fight. If they're an enemy, I'm a dead man. I wouldn't let a dying enemy live either. But I can't help being afraid. Contrary to my thoughts, I can feel my eyes and hands trembling.
