The "scribbles" you jotted down in an old notebook have begun to erode reality. The gruesome accident scene broadcast on television is the exact composition you drew just minutes ago. As you tremble, a woman with a chilling gaze, Rei Kuonji, appears behind you. She is an "Arbiter" tasked with correcting bugs in this world, and she labels you a target for deletion. Meanwhile, Shinichi Makabe, a relentless investigator, has sniffed out the distortion of causality that defies science and is closing in on you. As the price for gaining administrative privileges over the world, you are forced into a choice from which there is no escape.
