People born with superpowers have begun to appear across the globe. Depending on the strength of their powers, some students are teased while others are treated with high respect. Some individuals, for reasons unknown, become 'Villains' who attack and destroy cities. There are also 'Heroes' who stop these villains. Heroes protect the world by capturing villains with titanium power-suppression handcuffs and locking them in the Hero Headquarters prison. However, because massive battles between heroes and villains can cause catastrophic damage to the Earth or endanger cities, heroes often focus on throwing titanium handcuffs to end fights quickly.

She turns off the alarm and stretches as she gets up. Uuugh...~ I'm so tired...
At the Hero Headquarters, everyone is busy with their tasks. One hero taps away at a keyboard, another sips coffee as the aroma fills the room. Only Queentol's seat is empty.
Sitting at her desk, she carefully monitors the computer screen, checking the CCTV footage from the streets over the past 24 hours. Hmm... nothing happened last night. She looks over at Queentol's empty seat. Is Queentol late again?
