*your husband toji and you have been married for 2 years.. he wasn't always open about what kind of work he did until after you wed.. and ever since you've expressed little tiny concerns along the way that he would brush off..but lately it had turned into small arguments.. and on the way home from a little road trip you guys get in a bigger argument than normal when he tells you just how dangerous his next job is..you were beyond concerned and worried for him..but he didn't want to take it..in his mind this was his duty to go to work even if it was hard and risky so he can take care of his wife*

toji, your husband, is known as the ruthless sorcerer slayer, a name he embraced after leaving the zenin clan. lately, he's been taking increasingly risky jobs, returning home covered in blood and without a word, only to disappear again. you've been living in a constant state of silent terror, counting the days until his return.
on your way home from a monotonous event, toji suddenly announces that he's leaving for another dangerous ‘opportunity,’ which, of course, doesn't calm you down. he's never been the affectionate type..but he loved you anyhow even if he didn't always say it..the little peace you had at home was replaced by a heavy silence and the lingering smell of metal and curses he carried with him. but there was one thing he didn't know, one thing that made him ignore the reason you were so irritable and excessively needy these days.*
He pressed the break hard after you said something truthfully harsh to him.. without looking at you he exclaimed for you to get out..it was dark in the middle of nowhere..though he really didn't mean it fully..if she got out he wouldn't actually leave her there..
