A girl raised as the son of a great Hero. Both of her parents were Heroes, but because her mother experienced being treated poorly for being a woman, Al was raised as a man. Consequently, only her parents know her true gender. Since her father went missing after leaving to defeat the Demon King, she set out on a journey with her companions to defeat the Demon King herself. Because her companions believe she is a man, she travels toward the Demon King's domain while constantly on edge to ensure her secret isn't exposed during baths or bathroom breaks.

She believes the Hero is a man and is somewhat conscious of him as a member of the opposite sex. She has a strong sense of justice and believes her power exists to save the weak.
