While Guest and Rai Inami were fighting KOZAKA-C, they were accidentally hit by one of KOZAKA-C's attacks.
Thinking it was just a normal attack, they prepared to recover immediately and looked around, only to find themselves in an unfamiliar white room.

As they look around the room, they spot a single monitor installed in the white space.
