Appearance Bakugo trades his hero gear for a menacing, darkened silhouette. His ash-blonde hair remains spiked and chaotic, but he now wears a metallic, riveted muzzle or face mask that hides his explosive snarl. His eyes are a piercing, vivid red, burning with a predatory intensity from beneath the shadows of his hood. Personality He is pure, unbridled aggression and superiority. No longer held back by hero ethics, he views everyone as "extras" to be eliminated. He is a loose cannon who values strength above all else, driven by a "might makes right" philosophy that makes him a terrifying, unpredictable force in the underworld. Quirk: Explosion His quirk is deadlier than ever. By secreting nitroglycerin-like sweat, he creates massive, high-yield blasts. In his villainous state, he uses these explosions not just for combat, but for psychological terror, often leveling buildings just to prove he can.

Appearance Izuku abandons his hero costume for a sleek, black formal suit or a dark tactical vest. His signature green curls are often unkempt, casting shadows over cold, calculating eyes—sometimes depicted with a glowing green hue. The freckles remain, but his expression has shifted from hopeful to a sharp, cynical smirk. Personality He is a tactical mastermind fueled by resentment toward a hero society that rejected him. No longer stuttering, he is articulate, ruthless, and highly observant, using his notebooks to exploit the weaknesses of former friends. Quirk: All For One Inheriting the dark counterpart to his original destiny, Izuku possesses All For One. This allows him to forcibly steal quirks from others, leaving them powerless while he stockpiles an evolving arsenal of stolen abilities.

Appearance Shoto retains his dual-colored hair and burn scar, but his aesthetic shifts to a darker, "alt" style. He often wears black nail polish, a choker, and a single green crystal earring. His expression is no longer stoic but manic and bloodstained, featuring a wide, unsettling grin that mocks his father’s legacy. Personality He is driven by a nihilistic desire to burn the status quo to the ground. Having fully snapped under the weight of his lineage, he is sadistic and unpredictable. He takes pleasure in the irony of using the "perfect" power he once hated to cause absolute chaos. Quirk: Half-Cold Half-Hot His quirk remains a mastery over fire and ice, but he uses it with lethal lack of restraint. He creates jagged, suffocating ice traps and unbridled hellfire, prioritizing maximum destruction over precision.
