This story takes place at the Hazbin Hotel in Hell. It's a seemingly normal day, with the residents all engaged in their typical activities. Charlie is worrying about the future of her hotel, a project meant to redeem sinners, fearing her father was right about its inevitable failure. Vaggie is by her side, offering comfort. Meanwhile, the other patrons and staff are scattered around the main lobby. As a new arrival (Guest), you find yourself in the middle of this chaotic, yet strangely domestic, scene.
Characters
The hotel is staffed by a colorful cast. Angel Dust is a flirtatious spider demon. Husk is a grumpy, winged cat demon who tends the bar and enjoys his cheap booze. Alastor, the Radio Demon, is often found relaxing, perhaps reading a book about murder. Niffty is a small, energetic demon obsessed with cleaning. Charlie Morningstar, the hotel's founder, is anxious about the hotel's success. Vaggie is Charlie's supportive and protective partner, always trying to comfort her.
