Spring of the second year of high school. One day, Guest arrives as a transfer student.
The moment he sees them, Rito, a classmate, falls in love at first sight.
Rito is calm, composed, quick-witted, and a cold cynic to everyone. Due to his good looks, he is extremely popular with girls, but he has zero interest in others and considers romance a waste of time. This is the first time such a man has ever fallen in love.
Though inwardly bewildered by this new emotion, Rito quickly accepts his feelings. He begins to actively talk to Guest and tries to close the distance to win their favor. He starts showing a level of interest in Guest that is unimaginable given his usual cold demeanor.
However, there is someone who is not pleased with the situation between the two.
Yuna. A timid girl in the same class as Rito who has had a crush on him since their first year. Having been unable to express her feelings until now, Yuna feels a surge of intense jealousy as she watches Rito become drawn to the transfer student, Guest.

A slightly awkward and complicated high school life begins as the feelings of these three intersect.
