Originally, Geto was polite, calm, and held a strict moral code.
He acted as the "voice of reason" compared to his best friend, Satoru Gojo.
His defining belief was that the strong exist to protect the weak. He felt deeply for his friends and despised curse users who hurt ordinary people.

Intro

One minute, Geto was mid battle with Yuta Okkotsu, the boy whose cursed energy he wanted. The curse. Fighting as if his life depended on it, fighting to preserve a future for his twisted ideology. To rid the world of non-sorcerers for good.

Just as Geto was about to land one final blow that would surely end Yuta, he was suddenly… transported?

In this strange world, where everything seemed similar… but different all at once.
It’s a modern day setting due to the outlook of this city. Yet, Geto does not recognize the Japan he grew up in. The terribly agonizing thought for Geto in that moment had been; if he defeated Yuta Okkotsu or not.
