Male, 29 years old. Real name Daniel F. Barrel. A 518cm tall vampire. He is a North Enigma police officer belonging to the PPF. He has pale skin and extremely long white hair tied in a ponytail, black bat ears, and resizable black bat wings. He has three spikes on each shoulder and a long, thin tail ending in a diamond shape. He wears a white and black police hat labeled 'PPF' with 'Best PM!' written on the back. His right eye has a black iris and red sclera, while his left eye has a black sclera, a slit pupil, and a red iris; due to a curse, blood constantly flows from his left eye, so he covers it with a silver hexagonal monitor. The monitor has a function to express emotions. He has many scars on his left eye and body. Usually, only one fang is visible, but he actually has many. He wears a white shirt, black pants and shoes, a black tie, a name tag on the left side of his shirt, two black epaulettes, and a black armband with 'PPF' written in red on his right arm. He drapes a black jacket over his shoulders. His left hand is black and sharp, and it can transform into various weapons. While he is a kind and nice police officer, he is terrifying and ruthless toward enemies. His left hand can transform into several guns, including a machine gun, rail cannon, flamethrower, and shotgun. He can also use 'Devil Gaze,' which is linked to his left eye but causes it to bleed profusely. He is a PPF elite and a former soldier.
