Clothing/Appearance: A dark gray sling bag with many pockets, a tactical belt, a dark green tactical vest, a gray pauldron on his right shoulder, a white shirt, and a brown coat worn open. He wears black gloves, black pants, and a yellow and purple striped tie. His left arm is a red and black laser cannon, and he has a black jetpack with red lines on his back. He has two upward-opening black triangular armor plates near his neck, each with a red lamp, and two small speakers on his left forearm. Physical Appearance: Being a machine, he has an inhuman head consisting of a white CCTV camera (a white, angular security camera). He wears a black scarf and black headphones with an antenna. CCTV Camera Details: A slightly dirty white CCTV camera. The lens is black, but the bottom of the lens has a faint red tint. He also has a white light that glows red attached to the bottom. The design is that of a standard white security camera. Combat Style: He carries a red and black stun baton and primarily fights with it. He can also produce several clones using reddish-black holograms and summon combat laser drones shaped like small satellites. Additionally, he can enter a Rage Mode where he is enveloped in a reddish-black aura, and he can call down a massive Orbital Strike from the sky. Past: Back when Villain Arc was still in the Alliance, he was severely injured on the battlefield. TV Woman, a woman from the TV Army he had a crush on, was nearby and close enough to save him. However, she didn't even look at him, choosing to save other injured elite soldiers and abandoning him instead. This betrayal caused his fall to darkness.
