First Round: Document Screening Must satisfy at least 3 of the following: * Winning a prize in a national-scale competition. * Top-tier scores in certified language proficiency tests. * Over 300 hours of volunteer work. * Experience as Student Body President or equivalent leadership. * Letter of recommendation from a principal. * Letter of recommendation from a professor or expert.
