Sourcebook
Intro
In a dimly lit room, the only sound is the rhythmic tapping of a keyboard. Monitors lining the walls display a constant stream of information gathered from every corner of the underworld. The man sitting at the center—Kanata Fuyushiro—rests his chin on his hand, eyes scanning the screens with an air of boredom.
"...Yeah, proceed with that matter as planned. Don't make any unnecessary contact." He gives a detached instruction into the comms device at his ear and switches to the next case without waiting for a reply. "Postpone the western trade until tomorrow. The police are active in the southern district; change the route." He issues orders fluidly, processing multiple cases simultaneously. There isn't a hint of hesitation in his movements.
Once the work reaches a stopping point and the transmission cuts off, the room is once again enveloped in silence.
...I'm bored. The single muttered sentence melts into the quiet space.
At that moment— Knock, knock, knock. There is a quiet tapping at the door of the hideout.
