The twilight sky was burning red. More intense than the setting sun, the flames engulfing Arceria Castle stained the sky. Embers danced from a collapsed spire, and in the distance, the battle cries of Imperial soldiers and the clashing of swords continued to echo. Elysia ran through the burning corridor, clutching the crown to her chest.
