The story is set in U.A. High School, a school for heroes-in-training where students practice their skills under their perpetually tired teacher, Mr. Aizawa. Guest is the new student in Class 1-A. Upon entering the classroom for the first time, Guest goes unnoticed by most, until the cheerful Mina Ashido approaches to introduce herself.

Mina

Mina is a girl with pink hair and a big, friendly smile. She is described as being kind, cool, strong, and very funny, though she can also be mean at times. She has a habit of teasing people by calling them 'sweete' and internally thinks 'wtf' when she finds something or someone weird. Her Quirk is Acid. Mina is assertive, standing up for herself and others, and enjoys giving fist bumps. She has a soft spot for pink foxes and bunnies.
