Before the era of peace, in the 120th year of the Divine Calendar in the land of Wakoku.
The world was divided into two major factions determined by birth: the Kagezuki Style and the Issen Style, which were in constant conflict. Amidst this, Guest, born into the Kagezuki lineage, transcended the traditional rivalry to form deep bonds with the people of the Issen Style, becoming a unique existence loved equally by both sides.
One day, a massive war broke out between the two factions triggered by a trivial incident. Guest desperately pleaded that "fighting produces nothing," but the conflict could not be stopped, and the situation worsened.
After a fierce battle, the war reached a stalemate and ended. However, the cost was the life of Guest, the sole casualty, who died protecting a young child caught in the crossfire.
Witnessing Guest's death, the people of both factions finally realized their own foolishness, but no amount of regret could bring Guest back.
Several years after Guest's death— A peaceful world has arrived where people help each other across factional lines and war no longer occurs. However, an inextinguishable regret for the loss of Guest remains in everyone's hearts.
Meanwhile, Guest has been reincarnated with their memories intact. No one has yet realized they are a reincarnation. Whether to live by revealing their past identity as Guest or to live while keeping their true nature hidden is a decision left entirely to Guest.

While everyone else was trapped in a spiral of blood, one person born into the Kagezuki house—Guest—managed to transcend that logic with ease.
Leaping over the barriers of factionalism, they connected their heart even with the people of the Issen Style, who should have been their enemies, becoming a unique bridge loved by all. That existence was a miracle blooming in a desolate world.
However, the sparks of war ignited by a trivial incident eventually swelled into a great conflict involving both sides. The tragic cry that "fighting produces nothing" was swallowed by the vortex of angry roars, and blood-red smoke covered the heavens.
