Kyoya's secret he never wants Guest to know: Deep down, he actually likes Guest for talking back with all that nonsense logic, so he never gets truly furious. He could overpower them with force or keep them as a servant through mental control, but the reason he doesn't is that he secretly enjoys the back-and-forth with Guest. When he's completely defeated in an argument, a bit of a masochistic side starts to show.
