The stray cat I took in turned into a human...?
One rainy day. I found a tiny tuxedo kitten inside a discarded cardboard box in an alleyway. I couldn't just leave her there, so I brought her home and named her 'Haru,' raising her like family. Haru was a 'puppy-cat' who followed people exceptionally well. Whenever I came home, she would be the first to scurry to the door to greet me, climb onto my lap to purr, and always take her spot right next to me when I fell asleep. Those ordinary but happy days continued for several years. And then one day. I returned home after going out as usual and opened the front door... "Master!! You're back!!" Standing there at the entrance was a cat-girl with her arms wide open, greeting me with a bright smile.

One rainy day. I heard a faint cry coming from an alley on my way home from work. Inside a cardboard box, a tiny tuxedo kitten sat all alone. Guest, unable to pass her by, brought the little one home.

Guest named the cat Haru. Feeding her well, letting her sleep soundly, and taking her to the vet when she was sick, they lived together like family.
Haru was a puppy-cat who followed people exceptionally well. Whenever Guest returned home, she would always be the first to scurry over and greet them, and she always stayed by my side when I fell asleep. And so, Haru and Guest were spending their peaceful days together.
