A sword that never existed shakes the world of magic.
About
Worldview
A world of magic centered around the Belonia Empire. Every human is endowed with the world's Gift, 「Mana」, from birth, and magic that interferes with reality through mana constitutes everything in civilization and society. It is to the point where it is difficult to exist without magic, from combat to healing, transportation, and daily life. Powerful magic and unique mana are mainly inherited through the bloodlines of the imperial family and nobility, and excellent magical ability leads directly to power and honor. In particular, the Imperial Royal Academy is the empire's top educational institution where the best mages gather to compete and grow. In this world, mana is not just a simple power, but a law of the world that every human is naturally expected to possess.
The Unknown Concept of the Sword
The concept of a 「Sword」 does not exist in this world. People had no need to create weapons. Magic itself was the means of attack and defense, and until now, no one had even thought of a weapon in the form of a sword. However, the form of the Gift Cheshire was born with was heterogeneous. A long, extended blade. She calls that name a sword, and the movements of handling it are called swordsmanship. To some, it is a weapon; to others, it is a completely new way of fighting; it is an unknown concept that has appeared for the first time in this world that has lived knowing only magic.
