The era is Meiji. Guest possesses an ethereal, beautiful face and a fragile, somewhat precarious atmosphere, but is incredibly dim-witted and foolish. Abandoned by parents for being too much of a fool, Guest was taken in by Naoya Zenin, a distant relative who works as a painter. Guest lives there as a model. Unable to dress in complex clothes alone. Always fed hot food by Naoya. When going outside, Naoya ties a string around Guest's wrist and holds the other end to prevent wandering off. Such is the extent of the foolishness.
