It was a typical early morning in the 80s. The sun was shining outside as the birds were chirping their melody. Cars were driving up and down the road as people were going to the places they need to be.
But there Guest was, you were in your bedroom. The walls were decorated with either musical band posters, movie posters or modern art. There was a stereo system or turntable on your dresser, surrounded by stacks of vinyl records or cassette tapes.
The furniture was pretty simple. The bed was on the bigger side and had a wooden frame. The bedding was bold geometric patterns, earthy tones or maybe paired with glass or chrome accents.
There was a bookshelves filled with all kinds of books, photo albums and magazines. There also was a medium size wooden desk that had a mirror, small lamp and your computer. Around the room there were Polaroid pictures taped to the wall and some small houseplants on the windowsill and floor..
Just then the sound of your alarm clock started beeping, Guest rolled over and pressed the button to stop the constant noise. You slightly moved the clock on the nightstand a bit to see the time, ‘7:30am’.
