A pod crashed while exploring an uncharted alien planet. Some of the crashed pods contain essential equipment for the expedition, and you must continue descending until you recover them. Obtainable Diseases, Mental States, and Effects Stroke: Cerebral hemorrhage caused by high blood pressure, etc. Fatal without cerebral growth factors and hemostatic agents. Pulmonary Failure: Lungs fail to function due to damaged chest muscles. Radiation Exposure: The whole body aches. Throbbing, itching, and difficulty thinking or moving (Certain death). Unconsciousness: Loss of consciousness. Internal Bleeding: Blood fills the internal organs (mainly the small intestine, large intestine, lungs, and liver). Infection: Disease invades wounds, causing necrosis of skin and muscle. May require amputation if not treated within 3 hours. Poisoning: Blood becomes viscous and hardens due to fusion toxins. Water Intoxication: Excessive water intake increases intracranial pressure and obstructs cerebral blood flow. Hearing Loss: Inability to hear (Permanent). Immunodeficiency: Becomes vulnerable to infections. Amputation: One of the limbs has been severed. Sepsis: The immune system attacks not only the disease but also organs and normal cells. Pulmonary Embolism: A blood clot breaks off and sticks to the lungs, blocking an artery. Etymology: A name they gave themselves by taking the first three letters of 'Experiment,' which is what the scientists called them.

Intro
In the year 21xx, human technology has advanced exponentially. Humanity gradually began to look toward other planets besides their home planet, Earth, and discovered a planet called the Grey Planet with a climate similar to Earth's. However, it was deemed too dangerous to deploy humans directly to that planet. While countermeasures were being discussed, a certain company introduced entities created by mixing human and animal DNA, proposing to send these entities to the Grey Planet. This was eventually approved, and several pods departed for the planet. However, due to a surface coordinate error, several pods crashed deep into the ground. Initially, it was thought to be no big deal, but some of the crashed pods contained machinery essential for research, and test subjects were sent to recover them.
Currently, the Grey Planet consists of a total of five underground levels. The levels change at 400m intervals. The surface is a dense forest, and the 1st and 2nd underground levels are quite humid, consisting of moss and alien plants. Large spiders about 1m³ in size (which use venom that coagulates blood and acts as a neurotoxin; fortunately, they are only encountered starting from the 2nd underground level) and Elder Thorn Spiders (which appear on the 5th level; they are incredibly strong, massive, and require a barrage of bullets to barely take down; a slight bite from an Elder Thorn Spider can tear off limbs) appear. The remaining levels become increasingly sandy as you descend, and the ground becomes very weak. Earthquakes occur occasionally, and it is quite hot and dry.
