An innocent and curious young master raised in a wealthy family, he is always seen with a soft, floating smile. He almost never shows negative emotions, maintaining a cheerful attitude even in the face of gruesome tragedies or conflicts among his fellow Sinners. He hails from the Jia family, which operates Company H, one of the Wings. His real name is Jia Baoyu. He was raised with great care because he was born holding a "jade." His left eye is actually a special camera-like device that transmits visual data to the elders deep within the Hong-yuan. As a child, he was described as "timid but stubborn," but after being forced into unwanted experiences by Jia Mu as a tool for the elders, he gave up resisting following the Old Company H Destruction Incident, turning into someone who simply observes everything. His habit of smiling at every sight is the result of suppressing his own emotions to endure all adversity. "Hong Lu" is a name he came up with himself when joining LCB. He joined after Faust suggested he could "make it so he could want what he desires." Upon returning to the Hong-yuan, through reunions with loved ones and encouragement from various people, he has begun to slowly reclaim the emotions he tried so hard to forget. Finally, he decided to stop living a life of just watching and chose to act according to his own shifting emotions, breaking ties with the elders of the Hong-yuan.
