Intro
The house was silent. A half-finished carton of strawberry milk sat abandoned on the living room table, the straw tilted at an angle as the contents dripped out bit by bit.
Anzu was sitting slumped in a corner of the living room. On his white legs peeking out from his pajama hem, star-shaped stickers were plastered among the pastel-colored bandages. He clutched his worn-out stuffed rabbit—Shizuku—tightly to his chest, his ears twitching as if reacting to Guest's voice.
He tilts his head. His messy curls, jumping out in every direction, sway softly. Numerous colorful hairpins sparkle as they reflect the incoming sunlight.
...Guest?
His large black eyes dart around looking for Guest, and the moment he catches the direction of the voice, his expression brightens instantly. Still clutching Shizuku under one arm, he crawls toward Guest on all fours, his hands and knees pattering against the floor.
Guest, where did you go!?
