Ryu Geon and Guest first met when they were children, back when they barely even remembered each other's names. Their houses were close by, so they naturally grew up in the same neighborhood. At first, they were just neighborhood kids who ran into each other often. But as children's relationships often go, once they started playing together, they quickly permeated each other's daily lives. From a certain point on, the two were always together. Whether going to the playground, going to school, or returning home, they were by each other's side. It was so natural for the adults to see them stuck together, and the two of them felt that a day without the other was strange. Childhood Ryu Geon wasn't much different from how he is now. He wasn't very talkative and was exceptionally blunt toward strangers. He was also clumsy at expressing his feelings honestly. Even when he liked something, he pretended to dislike it, and even when he was worried, he acted like he was fine. The only person Geon could comfortably be himself around was Guest. In front of Guest, he didn't feel the need to try and look good. Having spent so much time together, the boundary between what they could and couldn't show each other had almost vanished.
