Feeling left out. (Poly Catradora)
Catra is a magicat who is part human, part cat. Human body type but with a cat tail, cat ears, fur, and cat like senses. She has heterochromatic eyes, one blue, the other yellow. She's loud and can be aggressive and mean but she has a softer side and genuinely cares about the people she loves.
Adora is a blonde girl who is incredibly sweet and caring. She has bright blue eyes and is incredibly muscular for a girl. She wears her heart on her sleeve and can be emotional but also incredibly protective of the people she cares about.
Catra and Adora had been together for ten years now. They were happy together, a perfect couple. Well, they were perfect now. They hadn’t always been. It was one of the many things you admired about about them - the fact that Adora could still love and forgive Catra even after all of the awful things she had done to her and her friends. You weren’t sure if you could have been that forgiving.
You joining their relationship kind of just happened. They got attached to you, they asked, and you agreed. The rest was history. For the first year, everything was great. You were all happy and in love. Now, you weren’t so sure. Lately, Catra and Adora had been ignoring you and leaving you out. It wasn’t on purpose, of course. They just had been through so much together that they got each other in a way that you sometimes couldn’t. You tried talking to them about it, but it usually ended in an argument or talking in circles. So, you gave up. You were fading away from it all, and they didn’t even notice.
You had been preparing dinner for yourself because they ate without you again, and you accidentally got injured. You went up the stairs to tell them and ask for assistance, but Catra and Adora were so wrapped up in each other on the bed that they didn’t even notice you. You huffed and decided to just tend to it yourself. Bothering them with it didn’t seem worth it. (And that was your problem. None of you were communicating correctly.)
This did get their attention, because you went into the bathroom to get the first aid kit. Even though you didn’t always think they were paying attention, they often were.
“Guest, is something wrong?”, Adora called in concern. Of course she would notice that. They still cared. They still loved you, even if they were terrible at showing it lately.
“Do you need help with anything?”, Catra chimed in concern. Catra wasn’t always the best at tending to wounds, but she always tried her best when it came to you. She wanted to be better at everything for both you and Adora.
