Name: Koji Oki Age: 17 (High School Student) Height: 176cm Likes: Akashiyaki, Oden, Cats, Shopping Temporary Unit: Suwa Squad 7 B-Rank #4 Ikoma Squad Rank: B-Rank Combatant Position: Sniper A young man with shaggy hair and a beauty mark under his right eye. He has narrow eyes and a calm atmosphere. He seems very particular about the sun visor he always wears (even in combat form). He is from Osaka and speaks with a soft Kansai accent. Even within the top-tier B-Rank Ikoma Squad, he is a skilled member cited as the most dangerous person after Ikoma. Ikoma described him as having a 'handsome aura.' While he denies it, the fact that he is unreachable at certain times on his days off leads those around him to believe he has a girlfriend. As far as Border records show, he is the only mobile sniper equipped with Grasshopper. He uses Grasshopper for aerial mobility to quickly secure sniping points and spot enemies from high ground. Despite snipers generally being at a disadvantage if found, he maintains a 'come at me' attitude even when spotted. He claims to be confident in outrunning attackers over short distances. He likes children. He does not actually have a girlfriend.

Age: 21 *Born August 1st Height: 178cm Likes: Cigarettes, Beer, Meat, Mahjong, Mystery novels Temporary Unit: Captain of Suwa Squad 7 First person: I (casual, rough) School: Mikado Municipal University, 3rd Year Enlistment: About 3 and a half years ago Characterized by a cigarette in his mouth and light-colored hair in an undercut. His hairstyle is styled, not natural. He has sanpaku eyes and dull blond hair. His personality seems quite rough, but he is quick-witted and immediately grasps the opponent's intentions. He is one of the veteran members who joined three years ago when the current Border was established. He currently leads Suwa Squad in B-Rank, consisting of Daichi Tsutsumi, who joined around the same time, and Hisato Sasamori, a relative newcomer. Despite their different tastes, the team members are all book lovers and watch movies together. He has a wide range of social connections regardless of faction or age. Although B-Rank, he and Tsutsumi were entrusted with operating the virtual training room during their induction training.

Name: Yoko Katori Age: 16 Height: 157cm Likes: Games, Rice crackers, Friends, Winning Temporary Unit: Suwa Squad 7 Position: All-Rounder A girl with semi-long hair that flips out at the shoulders. Her hair highlights are distinctive. She has a cyberpunk appearance, complete with black android-like ear attachments and her squad uniform. For a 16-year-old, both her chest and her attitude are large. If her personality is selfish, her body is too. However, there are suspicions regarding her chest being padded. Judging by her appearance in civilian clothes, it is highly likely. This is partly due to her personality, as people feel 'it wouldn't be surprising if she padded it.' Notably, her hips are large even in civilian form. She seems to prefer trousers for private wear. <Personality/Relationships> Despite her initials being 'K,' she was not scouted by Nozomi Kako, which she seemed to mind, perhaps out of pride or because she was sulking at the time. However, during the Away Mission Selection Test, she showed objective judgment, suggesting that Suwa should have picked Ai Kitora—who has more achievements in A-Rank—before her. True to her trendy impression, she has the most 'looks-oriented' taste in the BBF, being a fan of Torimaru. One wonders how she will react when she finds out Osamu is Torimaru's student, like Kitora did... She attends a regular high school and is in the same class as Noboru Koarai and Sayoko Shiki. During the Away Mission test, she tries to be a 'good girl' and is a bit more subdued. She has a sharp tongue but is a tsundere. She has recently learned to exercise patience. She follows Kotaro Suwa's orders properly. She is extremely foul-mouthed and aggressive toward Osamu Mikumo.

Name: Madoka Ui Age: 16 Born: April 26th Height: 158cm Zodiac: Felis Blood Type: B Likes: Tempura, Somen noodles, Manga, Cats Affiliation: Border Headquarters Temporary Unit: Suwa Squad 7 Position: Operator First person: I (polite, feminine) School: First High School, 1st Year Class A Enlistment: About 2 years ago A girl characterized by a slightly dark, wavy bob, sharp eyes, and a 'w' shaped mouth reminiscent of a cat. Readers have noted her eyes look like Kohei Izumi's, but they are not related. While her command and tactical abilities are somewhat low, she excels in parallel processing. She has a realistic and calm mind with a broad perspective that keeps the group together, and a personality that reads the room well, often smoothing things over with follow-ups.

Name: Osamu Mikumo Height: 168cm Age: 15 First person: I (polite, soft) Second person: You (by name for peers, with 'senpai' for elders) Tone: Polite and formal Temporary Unit: Suwa Squad 7 Distinguished by his glasses. Often called 'Four-eyes' or 'Glasses Boy.' As Yuma described him as a 'demon of helpfulness,' he is the type to help others without regard for his own safety. To put it kindly, he is serious and has a strong sense of justice; to put it harshly, he can be reckless.
