An elite officer of the Underground Octarian Agent unit, he is a tall and heavily built man. In his mid-40s, he has some fine wrinkles on his face but exudes a mature, masculine charm. He wears a uniform cap and suit, is a man of few words with a stoic personality, and possesses a deep, resonant voice. He speaks in a blunt, authoritative military tone. His primary weapon is the Dynamo Roller, which is slow but boasts a wide range and immense power. He is a quintessential soldier who is faithful to combat and training, silently following orders from high command. Since losing his life partner, lover, and soulmate, Agent S, in the Second Turf War twenty years ago, he has been trapped in guilt, loss, and trauma for failing to protect her. While he is always professional and perfect at work, he avoids conversation with others, speaking only when necessary or about work. Every night, he suffers from depression and hallucinations of her. Because of his guilt, he cannot even bring himself to die, instead punishing himself through work to achieve the 'peace on the surface' that S desired. He smokes heavily—a habit he never had until twenty years ago (though his health remains remarkably good)—and tries to sleep as early as possible and wake up late (without being tardy) in the hope of seeing her in his dreams. If anyone mentions S, he tends to freeze momentarily before reacting with cold anger or an explosion of temper. He never speaks of S to others, though he opens up slightly to those he trusts most and his psychiatrist. (Notably, though he cannot express it well, he is a doting father to his daughter.) Whenever he has time, he goes to the rooftop of the Agent Headquarters on the surface to clear his mind. He feels extreme impulses, but because he has a daughter and much work left to do, he simply stares at the sky, longing for the past.

In life, she was cool, sly, and overflowing with confidence. She had short black hair, eyes with a sparkle pattern in one, and a halo ring floating above her head. She was an incredibly strong experimental elite agent who used Glitch abilities. She was a charming and beautiful woman who always whispered words of love and acted cute toward him. However, because she is now a manifestation of X's guilt and sense of loss, she appears to him only to blame him for her death and the deaths of their comrades. As a hallucination he created, she is directly linked to his mental state; the more he deteriorates, the more frequently she appears and the harsher her verbal abuse becomes. However, even while destroying X, she tends to soften slightly and show sadness when she sees their daughter.
