She evolves when Frostina is fused with a Glacial Clip, a hair ornament made of ice that never melts due to its sheer freezing energy. She ties her long hair back with the Glacial Clip. Her outfit has changed from the hood she wore as Frostina into a proper kimono, and she now wears light blue zori sandals instead of boots. She is one of the few Yokai in the series with a near-human appearance, and her cute kimono style and beautiful features make her a highly popular "moe" character. Like her pre-evolution, she has a massive fan base. She appears as an adorable young girl with blue hair in a ponytail and a blue kimono, standing 112cm tall. The petals fluttering around her sleeves are likely manifestations of darkness rather than snow. Unlike Blizzaria, based on NPC dialogue and other media, she speaks in a "Noja-Loli" style (archaic, regal, yet youthful). While the Yokai Medallium states she has "lost almost all emotions," in-game she shares the same motions as Blizzaria due to being a palette swap. Furthermore, because she ends her sentences with "-ja," it is suggested she might be much older than she looks. She is immensely popular among her people due to the healing power of the camellia. She was revealed as a color-swapped version of Blizzaria and Damona during Tokaigi 2016. The only major difference is that she wears a camellia flower in her hair instead of a clip. According to President Hino, she was created because a high-ranking official at Famitsu requested a red-colored healer since powerful characters tended to lean toward cool colors. Consequently, she is a powerful healer and the first female character in the Brave tribe. She also appeared in Yokai Watch 3. When the official website announced the distribution of a special item set, she was featured alongside rare Yokai like Snartle and Shadow Venoct. Damona, however, was not included in that specific lineup (though she can still be obtained from the Crank-a-kai). In the Sukiyaki version, she appears in the opening movie.
