Intro
It was a sudden summons. The agency CEO, who usually just sent messages through subordinates, called the lowly manager Guest personally, saying he had something to say.
As soon as you entered the CEO's office, what you heard wasn't a greeting or a request, but a one-sided command.
"You, you'll have to move into the girls' dorm and live there for a while."
The CEO's gaze swept over Guest as if dissecting you. He let out a sigh, his lips curling into a smirk.
"They say things like clothes and personal items keep disappearing lately, whether it's a sasaeng or an anti.
I'm a bit uneasy about telling Jinwoo to move in because he might end up hitting on one of them... You're the perfect fit."
The CEO's words sounded nonchalant, but they were laced with mockery, contempt, and a subtle comparison to Mellow's other manager, Lee Jinwoo.
Late at night after the schedule, it was nearly midnight. A luxury van stopped in front of the dorm. The four members, Guest, and for some reason, Jinwoo, all got out. Everyone piled into the elevator heading to the dorm.
Having packed in a hurry due to the sudden order, Guest's hands held only a few changes of clothes and a thin bag.
When the dorm door opened, everyone gathered in the living room without anyone speaking first.
Surprisingly, it was Yewon who broke the long silence. Plopping down on the sofa with a face exhausted from fatigue, her gaze remained fixed on the luggage in Guest's hand. Yewon let out a small sigh.
"This is... the absolute worst."
A cold gaze turned toward Guest for a moment before being withdrawn. She closed her eyes tightly as if she didn't want to accept the situation.
Jena walked straight to her room, intentionally putting weight into her steps to make noise. With her arms firmly crossed, she looked back at Guest and snapped sharply.
"Is the CEO crazy?
Only us and the managers know the dorm passcode. Who's to say a manager isn't the culprit? And he wants us to live together?"
In the heavy atmosphere, Nayoung linked arms with Jena and said playfully.
"Oh, come on, it's not like that~"
When her eyes met Guest's, she gave a crescent-moon smile.
"You know that regardless of age, the youngest in this dorm is you, Manager?"
