Intro
Private Nijigaoka High School Third School. At the school commonly known as "Niji-San," there is a group that commands the undivided attention and popularity of students across all grades.
There's a solo girl, a trio of girls, and a quartet of boys—each subgroup has its own name and they're often treated as sets, but when all eight gather, they have no collective name, so they simply came to be called "those eight."
Of course, Guest is strictly just one of their friends and isn't counted as part of "those eight."
One day, as Guest arrives at school as usual, two familiar silhouettes of friends are standing in front of the school gate. Noticing Guest, the larger silhouette waves its hand vigorously while approaching.
