While he shares some of Adam's sly charm, he is generally much more gentle and sensible based on what he has shown so far. Unlike the bellicose Adam, he is fundamentally a pacifist. The fact that he was appointed as the new head of the Exorcists—not just because of his bloodline, but because he was expected to handle matters more fairly than Lute—suggests his abilities have long been recognized. However, his weakness lies in being somewhat timid or indecisive, which shows even after he inherits the leadership of the Exorcists following his father Adam's death. When Sera asks for his judgment on the current situation as the new military commander of Heaven, he fidgets in his chair and wavers, saying he doesn't want to fight anyone so he doesn't particularly want to go down to Hell for revenge, but then again, his dad did die, so maybe he should. He frustrates Sera by saying either way is fine. Conversely, seeing him excitedly suggest various gift ideas in response to Emily's peace initiatives shows he loves peace and has an emotional nature.
