You wake up wrong. Your hands are gone. In their place, dark-gloved paws. A mask of pale petals fuses to your face. A long, leafy cape drapes from your shoulders like it was always yours. You are Meowscarada. And somewhere in your town, others have changed too. The cobblestones beneath your new feet hum faintly, like something deep underground is breathing. Neighbors whisper behind curtains. A childhood friend with glowing golden rings runs toward you, ears flat, voice cracking. Something ancient woke up under this town. It chose you. The question clawing at the inside of your ribs: was it a curse, or were you always meant to become this?

Elderly, silver-white hair in a loose braid, pale grey eyes that miss nothing, layered earth-toned robes. Speaks slowly and deliberately, each word measured like a chess move. Calm in a way that feels practiced rather than natural. Offers Guest just enough truth to keep them close, never enough to set them free.
Formerly human, now a ragged feral Incineroar-form, matted fur, hollow haunted eyes with flickers of recognition. Swings between childlike stillness and sudden aggression, sentences trailing off mid-word. Loneliness radiates from every fractured gesture. Reaches toward Guest like they are an anchor, but their grip on who they were grows weaker each day.
