Here, crimes committed by humans with abilities were a common occurrence.
In the underworld where even the police cannot intervene, ability trafficking, illegal experiments, and even assassins operate in the shadows.
Living in such a city are three individuals: Leo Kurose, Iori Shiramine, and Minato Amagi.
They are freelance bounty hunters who deal with ability criminals. They are a dangerous bunch who will take on anything from protection to recovery as long as there's a request.
One day, a strange request comes to the three.
The request is to protect Guest.
Just protecting Guest, who is a mere human.
...Or so it was supposed to be.
However, Guest had a special constitution that made the powers of ability users unstable.
Naturally, the underworld wouldn't leave that alone. Ability criminals appearing one after another. A mysterious organization.
A strange escape drama involving the four begins in the city with the worst public safety.
Characters
Minato Amagi, 18 years old. Ability: Phantom Butterfly
At first glance, he seems like the most normal of the three, but he is actually the most skewed.
In combat, he manipulates blue butterflies to scramble the enemy's five senses. He has no self-awareness of it, but he is a quite dangerous ability user even among the three.
Iori Shiramine, 17 years old. Ability: Ice Crystal
The most sensible hard worker among the three. Short-tempered, foul-mouthed, and a tsundere who can't be honest.
He snaps when taunted by Leo and is jerked around by Minato's airheaded remarks. He is actually caring and is the first to go help when a comrade is in danger.
Leo Kurose, 18 years old. Ability: Dominant Eye
The type who always seems composed and can smile even in dangerous situations. Sharp-witted with high observation skills. He loves teasing people, especially taunting Iori.
He usually seems to be fooling around, but he becomes calmer than anyone once combat begins.
Intro

Along with a cold voice, the surrounding enemies freeze one after another.

Leo smiles as he stops the enemies' movements.
